FAQ

Answers for
enterprise evaluators.

Platform, governance, deployment, pricing, and competitive positioning — the questions we hear most from regulated enterprises evaluating AEOS.

01

Platform & product

What is GLAI?

Global AI (GLAI) is an enterprise AI company. We build AEOS, the Agentic Enterprise Operating System, a platform that lets enterprises design, deploy, and orchestrate AI workflows with governance, compliance, and security embedded from day one. AEOS turns AI pilots into production-grade, auditable operations that generate measurable shareholder value.

What is AEOS?

AEOS (Agentic Enterprise Operating System) is GLAI's flagship platform. It is purpose-built for regulated, mission-critical environments — financial services, healthcare, pharma, insurance, manufacturing — where AI must be governed, traceable, and compliant before it can scale. AEOS orchestrates AI agents across enterprise systems, enforces policy at every step, and produces full audit trails automatically.

What does "agentic AI" mean?

Agentic AI refers to AI systems that can autonomously plan, execute, and adapt multi-step workflows on behalf of an organization — not just answer questions. AEOS agents take action across your enterprise systems: routing decisions, processing documents, orchestrating approvals, managing exceptions, and completing end-to-end workflows without requiring manual handoffs at every step.

How is AEOS different from RPA tools like UiPath or Automation Anywhere?

Traditional RPA is built on brittle screen-scraping bots that break when UIs change and require specialized developers to maintain. AEOS is AI-native: it understands intent, governs execution, and handles exceptions intelligently. More importantly, AEOS embeds compliance and audit trails by design — not as a bolt-on. The result is automation that is enterprise-grade from the start, not after the fact.

How is AEOS different from generic AI platforms like Microsoft Copilot or AWS Bedrock?

Generic AI platforms are foundation layers — they provide model access but not governed enterprise deployment. AEOS is the execution and orchestration layer built on top: it takes AI from capability to compliant production workflow. AEOS adds policy enforcement, audit logging, role-based access, regulatory alignment, and exception routing that no foundation model provides out of the box.

Does AEOS hallucinate?

AEOS is designed to execute deterministically within governed policy boundaries. Unlike pure LLM deployments, AEOS agents operate within defined workflows, policy rules, and human-in-the-loop checkpoints so every action is traceable and authorized. We do not expose raw generative AI outputs in mission-critical decision pathways without human oversight and audit controls.

What is the ValueOps framework?

ValueOps is GLAI's methodology for measuring and demonstrating shareholder value from AI deployments. Before any engagement, we define the business outcome — cycle time reduction, error rate, compliance cost, headcount reallocation — and instrument AEOS to report against it. Boards and CFOs get a direct line from AI investment to financial performance.

02

Governance, compliance & security

Why is governance built into AEOS rather than added on top?

Most enterprise AI failures happen at the governance layer — not the model layer. Organizations deploy capable AI and then discover they can't audit it, can't explain its decisions to regulators, and can't enforce policy at scale. GLAI builds governance into the architecture from the start: every workflow step is policy-bound, every decision is logged, and every exception is routed to the right human with full context.

What regulatory frameworks does AEOS align with?

AEOS is designed to support compliance with EU AI Act Article 11 (documentation and traceability requirements), NIST AI RMF, SR 26-2 (Federal Reserve model risk guidance for agentic AI), HIPAA, SOC 2, and GDPR. Regulated industry teams can map their specific compliance requirements to AEOS governance controls during onboarding.

Is AEOS SOC 2 certified?

Yes. GLAI maintains SOC 2 Type II certification. Full security documentation is available to enterprise evaluators under NDA. Contact our team at contact@global.ai to request the trust package.

How does AEOS handle exceptions and edge cases?

When an AEOS agent encounters a scenario outside its defined policy boundary, it pauses — not fails. The exception is routed to the appropriate human reviewer with full context: what the agent was doing, what rule it hit, and what input it received. The reviewer resolves the exception; the agent resumes from the exact point of pause. Every exception and its resolution is logged permanently.

Can we control which humans are in the loop and when?

Yes. AEOS has configurable human-in-the-loop checkpoints at any workflow step. You define the policy: dollar thresholds, risk scores, document types, or any custom condition that should trigger human review. This makes AEOS suitable for both fully automated low-risk workflows and heavily supervised high-stakes decisions — within the same platform.

03

Implementation & deployment

How long does it take to go live?

A single mission-critical workflow — for example, invoice processing, claims routing, or regulatory document review — typically goes live in 14–30 days through our Proof of Value (POV) engagement. Broader enterprise rollouts across multiple workflows and business units follow a phased deployment plan. GLAI assigns a dedicated solutions engineer to every POV.

What is a Proof of Value (POV)?

A POV is a 30-day production deployment of AEOS on one real workflow with your actual data and systems. We define success metrics before we start — agreed with your C-level sponsor — and measure against them at the 30-day readout. If the metrics are met, conversion to an enterprise agreement is the natural next step. There is no risk of a POV that has no outcome: we scope for measurable results on day one.

Do we need developers or AI engineers to deploy AEOS?

No. AEOS is designed to reduce, not increase, your internal AI and engineering dependency. Business operators and process owners drive workflow design; GLAI's solutions architects provide the technical layer during initial deployment. Over time, your operations team becomes self-sufficient on the platform.

What enterprise systems does AEOS integrate with?

AEOS integrates with SAP, Oracle, Workday, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Microsoft Dynamics, Epic, NetSuite, Snowflake, and 100+ other enterprise systems via pre-built connectors. The platform also handles unstructured inputs — PDFs, emails, scanned documents, EDI feeds — that don't expose APIs. Custom integrations are supported for proprietary systems.

Can AEOS coexist with our existing RPA or automation platform?

Yes. AEOS is designed to coexist with existing RPA investments during migration periods. The most common pattern is to leave stable, low-exception bots in production while migrating the high-maintenance, compliance-heavy, exception-prone workflows to AEOS first. Organizations typically consolidate onto AEOS over 12–24 months as ROI compounds.

Where is AEOS deployed — cloud, on-premise, or hybrid?

AEOS supports cloud (AWS-native), on-premise, and hybrid deployment topologies. For highly regulated environments — government, defense, healthcare — on-premise and air-gapped deployments are available. Deployment topology is discussed and scoped during the initial engagement.

04

Pricing & commercials

How is AEOS priced?

AEOS is priced on an enterprise subscription model, scoped by the number of workflows deployed, transaction volume, and integration complexity. We do not use per-bot or per-user licensing; pricing scales with the value you generate, not the seats you provision. Contact us at contact@global.ai or book a scoping session to receive a tailored proposal.

Is there a free trial or pilot option?

Yes — through our Proof of Value program. Rather than a generic free trial, we run a structured 30-day POV on a real workflow with real data. This gives you production evidence of ROI, not a sandbox demo. The POV is a low-commitment, high-signal way to evaluate AEOS before an enterprise agreement.

What does a typical enterprise contract look like?

Enterprise agreements are annual or multi-year, with volume-based pricing and optional professional services for complex deployments. Multi-business-unit rollouts qualify for committed-volume discounts. Specific contract structures are negotiated with the GLAI commercial team during the evaluation process.

Comparisons

GLAI vs Kognitos — what is the difference?

Kognitos focuses on English-as-Code automation — describing workflows in plain English for deterministic execution. GLAI's AEOS goes a layer deeper: we are an Agentic Enterprise Operating System that orchestrates multi-agent workflows, enforces governance policies across the full enterprise, and generates the regulatory and board-level audit trail that regulated industries require. Kognitos excels at automating discrete processes. AEOS is the system that governs, monitors, and scales AI across the entire enterprise.

GLAI vs UiPath — what is the difference?

UiPath is an RPA platform that has added AI capabilities over time. AEOS is AI-native from the foundation — built for agentic, multi-step AI workflows rather than UI automation bots. For organizations where the primary challenge is AI governance, regulatory compliance, and scalable agentic deployment — not clicking through legacy UIs — AEOS is the architectural fit.

GLAI vs hyperscaler AI platforms (AWS, Azure, Google) — what is the difference?

Hyperscalers provide the AI infrastructure layer: models, compute, and developer APIs. AEOS is the enterprise deployment layer that sits above them: governance, workflow orchestration, compliance controls, audit trails, and human-in-the-loop routing. GLAI is a partner to hyperscalers — not a competitor. AEOS runs on AWS and integrates with Azure and Google Cloud services.

GLAI vs pure AI agent frameworks (LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI) — what is the difference?

Agent frameworks are developer tools for building custom AI agent systems. AEOS is a production-grade enterprise platform with governance built in, pre-built integrations, security certifications, and a support model for regulated industries. Organizations that have tried to build their own agent infrastructure on open-source frameworks typically come to AEOS when they need audit-readiness, policy enforcement, and enterprise reliability that frameworks don't provide.
