This Privacy Policy explains how Global AI, Inc. ("Global AI," "we," "our," "us") collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards information when you visit our websites, engage with our marketing, evaluate our products, or use the Global AI platform as an authorized user of a customer.

1. Who we are

Global AI, Inc. is a publicly traded company (OTC US: GLAI) providing an agentic-AI platform to regulated enterprises. For services delivered under a customer contract, the customer is the controller of personal data processed in that service and Global AI is the processor. For our marketing sites, investor communications, and general-purpose inquiries, Global AI is the controller.

2. Data we collect

  • Contact details you share with us (name, business email, company, role).
  • Usage and device information about your visits to our website, pages, referrers, device class, approximate region.
  • Evaluation data you submit when trialling the platform or engaging in a paid pilot.
  • Customer-user data processed on behalf of customers under contract, governed by the applicable DPA.

3. How we use data

  • Respond to inquiries, schedule demos, and carry out pre-sales activities you initiate.
  • Operate, secure, and improve our websites and products.
  • Send transactional communications and, with your permission, product updates.
  • Comply with legal and regulatory obligations, including investor disclosure requirements.

4. Lawful basis

Under GDPR we rely on: (a) performance of a contract, (b) legitimate interests, (c) consent, and (d) legal obligation, depending on the processing activity. We do not sell personal data. Where required by applicable law, we honor opt-out signals, including Global Privacy Control.

5. Sharing

We share data with trusted service providers (e.g., cloud infrastructure, analytics, support tooling) under written agreements. A list of subprocessors is published in the Trust Center. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect our rights, or in connection with a corporate transaction, subject to binding confidentiality obligations.

6. International transfers

Where personal data is transferred outside the EEA, the UK, or other regions with applicable transfer restrictions, we use Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent legal mechanism, supplemented by additional technical and organizational measures where required.

7. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, or portability of your personal data, or object to certain processing. Contact us at privacy@global.ai to exercise these rights. If we process data on behalf of a customer, we will route the request to that customer.

8. Retention

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes set out in this policy and to comply with legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. Retention schedules for customer service data are defined in the applicable contract.

9. Security

We implement administrative, technical, and organizational measures commensurate with the sensitivity of the data and the state of the art. See our Security and Trust Center pages for details.

10. Contact

Questions? Write to privacy@global.ai or use our contact form. If you are in the EEA or UK, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.

We may update this policy to reflect changes in our practices or the law. Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date.

This website contains forward-looking statements. In addition, from time to time, we or our representatives may make forward-looking statements orally or in writing. We base these forward-looking statements on our expectations and projections about future events, which we derive from the information currently available to us.

Such forward-looking statements relate to future events or our future performance, including: our ability to successfully develop and implement AI solutions, achieve anticipated synergies, and maintain market competitiveness; our financial performance and projections; our growth in revenue and earnings; and our business prospects and opportunities.

You can identify forward-looking statements by those that are not historical in nature, particularly those that use terminology such as “may,” “should,” “expects,” “anticipates,” “contemplates,” “estimates,” “believes,” “plans,” “projected,” “predicts,” “potential,” or “hopes” or the negative of these or similar terms.

Factors that may cause actual results to differ materially from current expectations include, among other things, those listed under the heading “Risk Factors” and elsewhere in our most annual report on Form 10-K that we have filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.

Forward-looking statements are only predictions. The forward-looking events discussed in this website and other statements made from time to time by us or our representatives, may not occur, and actual events and results may differ materially and are subject to risks, uncertainties and assumptions about us.

We are not obligated to publicly update or revise any forward-looking statement, whether as a result of uncertainties and assumptions, the forward-looking events discussed in this document and other statements made from time to time by us or our representatives might not occur.
