Under GDPR we rely on: (a) performance of a contract, (b) legitimate interests, (c) consent, and (d) legal obligation, depending on the processing activity. We do not sell personal data. Where required by applicable law, we honour opt-out signals, including Global Privacy Control.
5. Sharing
We share data with trusted service providers (e.g., cloud infrastructure, analytics, support tooling) under written agreements. A list of subprocessors is published in the Trust Center. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect our rights, or in connection with a corporate transaction, subject to binding confidentiality obligations.

Where personal data is transferred outside the EEA, the UK, or other regions with applicable transfer restrictions, we use Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent legal mechanism, supplemented by additional technical and organisational measures where required.
7. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, or portability of your personal data, or object to certain processing. Contact us at privacy@global.ai to exercise these rights. If we process data on behalf of a customer, we will route the request to that customer.
